People that use sesame know that if oxidation occurs in the sesame, the sesame is deemed useless. A harvest using machines often damages the seeds and makes it easy to start oxidation. Our products are harvested by hand only -- ensuring a quality seed every time!

Harvest and Shipping Information
Our harvest and shipping times are different than most peanut producing countries in the world because of Paraguay's placement in the Southern Hemisphere.
Most peanuts mature and are ready to harvest from August to October in countries like USA, in Asia, & Central America because they are situated in the Northern Hemisphere.
Because of our special location, we can offer the following harvest and shipping times:
